Pier Paolo Redaelli

Pier Paolo Redaelli was born in Bologna in 1959.

He obtained the scientific high school degree at the Liceo E. Fermi in Bologna in 1978. After the military service, he collabourated as an employee of the data processing center at Mazda S.p.A in Casalecchio di Reno (BO). On 13 gennaio 1986 he joined Franco Farina’s Labour Consultancy Office. In 1988 he enrolled in the register of Trainee Labour Consultants. In 1992 he obtained the qualification to practice the profession, enrolling in the Provincial Register of Labour Consultants of Bologna with the number 612.

He attended the Specialization Course for Labour Consultants, at the Faculty of Economics and Commerce of ‘Tor Vergata’ University of Rome as well as that for the Administration of Local Authorities Personnel.  From 1997 to 2007 he collaborated as a teacher with Bodies and Associations (Crasform, Cefal, Cofimp, ITC ‘Tanari’), while from 2012 to 2014 he participated in the Network of Referents for school-territory-world of work activities, a project of the Province of Bologna.

From 1994 to 1997 he held the position of Provincial Delegate at the E.N.P.A.C.L. (National Welfare Body of the CdL), from 1995 to 1998 that of Provincial Secretary of the A.N.C.L. (National Association of the Provincial Union of Bologna).

He was elected in the Provincial Council of Labour Consultants of Bologna as Advisor for the three-year period 2008-2011, as Secretary for the three-year period 2011-2014. Since January 2017 he has covered the position of Vice-President of the Advisory Committe. On the same date he was elected President of the Provincial Council of Labour Consultants, and he was confirmed in the elections of June 2017.

He is President of the Certification and Conciliation Commission at the Provincial Council of the Order of Labour Consultants as well as a member of the Certification Commission of Labour Contracts and the Technical Commission for the Certification of Labour Contracts in Confined Spaces at the Provincial Labour Inspectorate of Bologna. He attended the basic training course for conciliators and in May 2011 he obtained the certificate of Professional Conciliator. He is a civil and commercial Conciliator registered under number 936 in the Register of Mediators at the Ministry of Justice Department for Justice Affairs General Directorate of Civil Justice.

He is a member of the Civil and Commercial Mediation Body of the CdL at the Provincial Council of the Order of Bologna. In May 2016 he participated in the Permanent Training Course called The Criminal Organization. The Professional as a defense of legality organized by the Alma Mater Foundation. He took care of the Social Security Section of the Theoretical and Practical Agreement of credits and privileges in the bankruptcy procedures The insolvency proceedings edited by Pasquale Nappi, published by CEDAM.

Among his volunteer activities there are: Presidency of the A.C.E.P. (Association of friends of Pediatric Endoscopic Surgery); Treasury and Presidency of the A.M.A.C.I. (Association of Parents and Friends of Gozzadini Pediatric Surgery); presidency of the A.U.G. (Ass.ne Unite Gozzadini) after having participated in the constitution; Rotary member of Bologna Ovest Guglielmo Marconi.
