Lorella Farina was born in Bologna in 1960.
She graduated from Istituto Maestre Pie in Bologna in 1979. In the same year she enrolled in the register of Trainee Labour Consultants and began to practice alongside her father Franco, teacher in life and work. In 1982, after passing the state exam, she obtained the qualification to practice the profession, enrolling in the Register of Labour Consultants of Bologna with number 519.
During the period 1990 – 1991 she taught in the field of Labour Law and Personnel Administration at Cefal (Professional Training Center).
From May 1993 until May 1996 and from May 1999 until May 2002 she was a member, as Advisor, of the Order of Labour Consultants of Bologna.
During March – November 1996 she attended the Specialization Course for Labour Consultants (188 hours), at the Faculty of Economics and Commerce of ‘Tor Vergata’ University of Rome.
During October 1997 – March 1998 she carried out, as a teacher, a training course for employees of Accountants and Labour Consultants Professional Offices at Cefal.
During January – March 2009 she attended the basic training course for conciliators at the Bologna Chamber of Commerce.
In May 2011 she obtained the certificate of professional conciliator in the training course for professional mediators referred to in art 18 c.2 letter f D.M. October 18 2010 n. 180.
In 2012 she graduated in Labour Consultancy at the Faculty of Law of the University of Bologna.
In May 2016 she attended the Permanent Training Course called The Criminal Organization. The Professional as a defense of legality organized by the Alma Mater Foundation.
She is registered as a Technical Expert at the Court of Bologna and is Coadjutor in bankruptcy procedures. She is civil and commercial conciliator listed in the Register of Mediators at the Ministry of Justice, Department for Justice Affairs Directorate General Justice.
She took care of the Social Security Section of the Theoretical and Practical Agreement of credits and privileges in the bankruptcy procedures The insolvency proceedings edited by Pasquale Nappi, published by CEDAM.
Among his volunteer activities there are: treasury A.I.D.D.A Emilia Romagna (Association of Entrepreneurs and Women Company Managers)
