Employment Contracts

The Biagi law has provided for the possibility of certifying employment contracts in order to reduce disputes on the matter. Therefore, the certification acts as a seal from which the qualification of the employment relationship must be clearly and unequivocally deduced. The Legislative Decree 81/2015 assigned the role of certifier to the Labour Consultant, in particular regarding the use of flexibility tools, such as the flexible conditions of the part-time contract and changes in the worker’s duties. Since the entry into force of the law, Studio Farina Redaelli assists those parties, Employer and Employee, who want more certainty as well as protect each other, correctly framing their relationship in the civil, administrative, social security and fiscal framework.
